Gaggle

Training, goals and reviews for your whole crew

Assign the right training to the right people by state, site and role. Collect sign-offs that hold up in an audit. Then run goals, 1:1s and reviews in the same place.

Training that knows which state you're in

Multi-state operators deal with a different rulebook in every market. Gaggle builds that into who gets assigned what, and when.

Groups that fill themselves

Make groups by state, site, department or job title. New hires join the right ones on day one, straight from Microsoft and your HR export.

Deadlines that match the rule

Due on a date, a set number of days after hire, or after assigning. Make it yearly and the next round opens 30 days before it's due.

Any file, any format

Upload PDFs, slides, videos, links or text, and add a quiz with a passing score. Each publish is a version that never changes.

Sign-off built in

Learners tick the statement and type their name. Gaggle keeps the time, the exact version, the quiz attempt and the device.

Hands-on skills

For tasks people have to show, the manager confirms too. Change an SOP and you can require everyone to sign again.

Outside certificates

Keep state-required certificates from approved providers next to your own training, with corrections tracked instead of overwritten.

Turn an SOP into a course in about a minute

Upload up to five documents, a phone walkthrough or a recorded Teams meeting. Gaggle drafts the sections and the quiz, and shows where each part came from so HR can check it before anyone sees it.

  • Lists what it couldn't confirm, so gaps in the SOP get fixed
  • Makes a narrated video with captions from the approved text
  • Translates into Spanish, French, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Haitian Creole and Polish
  • Admins turn it on or off and set a monthly limit

Review

Goals, 1:1s and reviews, without the spreadsheet

Everyone sets SMART goals tied to company and department goals. Managers approve them, people update progress, and 1:1s keep a shared agenda and action items that carry over.

  1. Self-reviewThe employee reflects on the year and rates their goals.
  2. Leader reviewThe manager sees the year's goal updates, 1:1 notes and training beside the form.
  3. HR calibrationOptional. HR compares ratings across reviewers before anything is shared.
  4. Review meetingThe employee sees the leader's part for the first time in the meeting.
  5. AcknowledgmentThe employee types their name and can add comments. It's locked after that.

Managers see their whole team

Anyone with people under them sees training status and reports for everyone below them, at every level. Nobody else's.

Private notes stay private

A leader's notes about someone are visible only to the author and HR, never to the person they're about.

Reminders people act on

On assignment, three days before due and weekly when late, plus a weekly digest for managers. By email and in Teams.

Moving off another LMS?

Gaggle was built for a company whose last LMS rollout never got off the ground. Setup is designed to be short.

  • People come from MicrosoftYour directory syncs daily, so there's no user list to build by hand.
  • HR details from a CSVHire date, site, state and employee ID from your HR or payroll system, such as Wurk.
  • Bring your existing trainingUpload the files you already have, or let AI draft courses from your SOPs.
